Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, if returned after this time unfortunately we will not be able to refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it including the gift box, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are only able to offer refunds back to the original payment method.
To start a return, you can contact us at rooandlittleboo@gmail.com. Please do not send returns unless you have notified us of your intent and this has been agreed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted you will be responsible for return postage and the products remain your property until received back by ourselves.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any signs of wear, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as chocolates and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty goods).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
